“I have been proud to be part of HIGH ROAD Services Society since June 1, 2007. I began my journey here as a Support Worker and, over the years, have had the privilege of serving in many different roles — Program Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and now Chief Executive Officer. What has kept me here is my deep belief in our mission and values. HIGH ROAD Services Society is more than just a workplace - it’s a community where we strive every day to provide meaningful support, promote dignity, and create opportunities for individuals to live their best lives. It has been an honour to grow alongside this agency and to work with so many dedicated staff, families, and community partners who share the same vision.
