FOCUS OF OUR EFFORTS
Recognizing the enormity of the challenges our society faces, HIGH ROAD Services Society is dedicated to making a lasting impact through our programming and services. While our efforts are driven by our agency's singular focus, we try to spread a wide net by investing in various connections within the community.

Residential
Our Residential programs offer 24 hour Support Care Services for those that require 24 hour assistance and care, often with complex needs. The agency provides these supports in a safe and comfortable environment in which they can thrive.

Supported Employment
Through our Supported Employment Services, we have the potential to make a positive change to our individuals lives by improving their connection within the community. We believe that everyone has the right to fair employment. Our dedicated Supported Employment facilitators support our clients with vocational development plans that assist them to acquire the relative skills necessary to secure and maintain a job.

Outreach
Our outreach programs encourages maximum independence for the individuals living in their own homes or apartments while still acquiring assistance with their daily living skills.
We offer a broad variety of supports that are designed to increase the individuals ability to be as independent as possible while enhancing their community inclusion.

Community Inclusion
Self Help Programs - Our Self Help programs are designed to help optimize our individuals, personal, social and vocational competencies in order to integrate successfully in the community.
Activities are determined by the needs of the individual.

Home Sharing is a unique opportunity to assist individuals in their every day lives and to offer a home sharing environment, warm and inclusive. Our Home Shares are reflective of HIGH ROAD Services Society values through varied and unique family care arrangements.
